Bearcats Overwhelm Farmington in Girls Basketball

Farmington, Missouri - After a long winter’s nap the Lady Cats stormed the Farmington Lady Knightetts’ gym beating them 56-30 in their first game of the new year.

"We were a little rusty at the start of the game," stated Dexter girls basketball coach Chad Allen.  'Once we knocked down a few shots and got our defense going we made a big run."

Dexter also did well at the charity stripe completing 15 of their 17 attempts. "We shot really well from the free throw line tonight," commented Allen.

Six Lady Cats scored for Dexter.  Three were in double figures.

Senior Dakota Reynolds tallied a game-high 15 points for Dexter including two treys.
