Mr. Swinger lived in Dexter all his life. He had worked as a mechanic at the Autry Morlan Car Dealership.
He was a member of the Freedom of Road Riders for 26 years and had been a founding member.
Surviving are one brother, Paul Swinger of Dexter, Missouri; special friends, Mary Reeves of Dexter, Missouri and Ramona Morgan of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis Ward.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at the Dexter Eagles Aerie in Dexter, Missouri.

Mary Ellen Pippins passed away on December 7, 2015, at the Country Club Care Facility in Warrensburg, MO. Mary was born on February 13, 1931 in Dexter, MO, the daughter of the late Edison and Hallie Evans.
Her husband Bill Pippins of 65 years survives her, along with her son, Bill Pippins, Jr, and his fiancé, Karen Freeman and daughter, Nancy Pippins Rogers and her husband Ivan. She also has 3 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Grandchildren, Matthew Pippins and wife Hollie of Dexter, MO, Amanda Corbett of Warrensburg, MO and Matthew Rogers of Warrensburg, MO. Her great grandchild is Spencer Grace Pippins, daughter of Matt and Hollie Pippins. She also is survived by many nieces and nephews. Mary Ellen was one of 5 children. Surviving are 2 sisters, Patricia Williams of Cape Girardeau and Judy Rimel of Dexter, MO.
Her brother, Bill Evans and sister, Betty Ann Mouser preceded her in death.
Mary Ellen was a farm wife, pharmacist tech and teacher's aid to the Dexter Public Schools Middle School Special Education Class.
She was a member of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Dexter, MO and was a member the Beacon Sunday School Class and CWF (Christian Women’s Fellowship). Mary also filled in as Sunday School Teacher on occasions. She loved her church family and attended faithfully for many years before moving to Warrensburg. Having spent most of her life on the farm, Mary Ellen developed a love for all animals. That love existed right up to the last few days with time spent with the song birds housed at the care center.
Funeral Services will be conducted at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home on Friday, December 11, 2015.
Visitation will be at 10:00 am with the funeral service at 11:00 am.
Reverend Michael Williams of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) will officiate.
Burial will be at the Stoddard County Veteran’s Cemetery near Bloomfield following the funeral service.

Elm Street Harrisonville, MO 64701.On April 26, 1946, she was married to David Oliver and he preceded her in death on June 21, 1953. On February 18, 1955, she was married to Denzel "Dink" Denny. He preceded her in death on July 14, 2013.
She was a member of Brown General Baptist Church where she had served as choir director for 30 years, taught Sunday School, and assisted with the youth group in past years. Mrs. Denny graduated from Southeast Missouri State University and had earned a Masters degree in Elementary Administration and Supervision from Missouri University.
She had been the elementary principal at Greenville Schools for 18 years after having taught in the Puxico Schools for 12 years. She was a life member of M.S.T.A. and had been a member of the Missouri Association of Elementary Principals for eighteen years. As a member of the Southeast District Elementary Principals she served twelve years on the executive committee, was vice-president and president of the organization. Mrs Denny was honored by the Southeast District of M.S.T.A. for meritorious service to education at the meeting on March 14, 1986.
Surviving are two sons, James & Tressa Oliver of Puxico, Missouri, Larry Oliver of Puxico, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Leigh Ann & Scott Rommel, Julie & Shane Wyatt, Sherry Davis, David & Stephanie Oliver, Russell & Jennifer Oliver, Matt & Kelli Oliver, Angela Moore, Kendra & Tim Doublin; nineteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and one brother & wife, Stanley & Susan Johnson of Murray, Kentucky. Other family, beloved former students and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her daughter in law, Barbara Oliver, a brother in law, Carroll Denny and a sister in law Betty Denny.
Visitation will be held on Friday December 11, 2015, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 12, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Brown General Baptist Church near Puxico, Missouri with the Rev. Ray Placher of Puxico officiating and the Rev. Kenneth Lambert of Bloomfield assisting.
Interment will follow in the Puxico Cemetery in Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.

Charlotte Cooper, daughter of the late Clarence Ivy Reynolds and Margaret Reynolds was born on March 1, 1950 in Jackson, Mississippi and departed this life on December 7, 2015 at the Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County in Dexter, Missouri at 65 after a year long illness.
Mrs. Cooper was a lifelong lover of fishing, working in her garden and flower beds, spending time with her grandchildren, listening to oldies, crafts, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and an amazing cook, an ability which will never be matched by her children.
Charlotte had the uncanny ability to tell you exactly what kind of bird was in her yard and how long it had been since the last time she had seen one of the same kind. She loved having cookouts at her house and always thought "the more the merrier" even though nobody else agreed on it. Charlotte treasured Christmas spoiling her grandchildren with overstuffed stockings.
Survivors include three sons, John William Atkinson III and wife Courtney of Bernie, Missouri, Matthew Clarence Atkinson and wife Debi of Hollywood, Maryland and Charles Bridges and wife Cecilia of Dudley, Missouri; by three daughters, Tracy Atkinson of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, Elizabeth Bridges-McClain and husband Donnie of Dexter, Missouri and Katie Bridges-Walters and husband Bryan of Dexter; by thirteen grandchildren, Charlene Maland of Chippewa Falls, Samantha Deysel and husband Jacques of Saint Petersburg, Florida, Destiny Atkinson , Olivia Atkinson both of Dexter, John and Rylan Atkinson of Bernie, Ayden Walters of Bernie, Landon and Madison McClain of Dexter, and Jacob, Gunner, Jaelynn and Elle Bridges of Dudley; by one brother, David Reynolds of St. Louis, Missouri; two sisters, Cathy Reynolds and Mary Maxwell both of St. Louis, Missouri; also by many more family members and countless friends.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Friday, December 11, 2015. Funeral services will then be conducted on Friday at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Joe Payne officiating.
Richard Lee Enderton, Jr., son of Angela McCoy of Vandalia, Missouri and Richard Enderton, Sr. of Dexter, Missouri, was born on September 3, 1992, in Bartow, Florida and departed this life on December 5, 2015 at Daystar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cairo, Illinois at the age of 23.
Richard loved skateboarding and was a resident of Malden, Missouri.
On May 9, 2014, he was united in marriage to Caitlin Clark in Dexter, Missouri, she survives.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, John Pankow of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by three sisters, Jennifer Williams of Bernie, Missouri, Chasity Hernandez of St. Francis, Arkansas and Samantha Echevarria of Malden, Missouri; and by his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Sharon Passley of Bernie, Missouri and Betty Faughn of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 10:30 A.M.
Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
