Harriett R. Medler, daughter of the late Sam Graber and Dorothy Stern Graber was born on May 30, 1934 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and departed this life on November 11, 2015 at Spencer Place in St. Peters, Missouri at the age of 81.

Mrs. Medler retired from SSM Health of St. Louis and was a resident of St. Peters, Missouri, formerly of Dexter.

On February 20, 1954, she was united in marriage to R. C. Medler in Corinth, Mississippi.  Mr. Medler preceded her in death on November 3, 1972.

She is survived by three sons, Tom Medler and wife Alice of Wentzville, Missouri, Jay Medler of O’Fallon, Missouri and Garry Medler and wife Diane of St. Charles, Missouri; and by one daughter, Cheryl Medler of St. Peters, Missouri; by three sisters, Sharon Cohen of St. Louis, Missouri, Dena Ferman and Julia Wertheheimer, all of St. Louis, Missouri; and by three grandchildren, Raymond, Hannah and Connor.

A memorial service will be conducted at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter, Missouri on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. with Mark Snider officiating.
