Bloomfield, Missouri - Derek Alexander and Samantha Marie DeLay-Ford of Bloomfield are pleased to announce the birth of a son, born September 4, 2015 at the SoutheastHEALTH Center in Cape Girardeau.

Asher Alexander Ford arrived at 6:18 a.m. weighing 5 lbs., 9 oz., and was 19 inches long at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Victor and Belinda DeLay of Bloomfield.

Paternal grandparents are Jan Duty and Matt Ford both of Dexter.
