Charles L. Kight

Charles L. Kight, son of the late Charles C. and Bertha Garrett Kight, born in Stoddard County, Missouri on September 24, 1934, passed away at his home in Bell City, Missouri on September 5, 2015, at the age of 80 years, 11 months and 12 days.
Charles had been a resident of Bell City, Missouri for many years. He had worked at Ptitsburg Glass in St. Louis and as a self employed Real Estate Broker. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, was past master and 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge in Bell City and a member of the Advance Eagles.
On January 12, 1960, he was married to Mary Ann Glamann in Arnold, Missouri.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Ann Kight of Bell City, Missouri; two sons, Michael & Maria Kight of St. Louis, Missouri; David & Teresa (Scheible) Kight of Bell City, Missouri; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends also survive.
Friends may call on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri. Masonic services will be conducted at 7:00 pm.
Services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015, at 1:00 pm at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Interment will follow in the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield with full military honors conducted, Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield in charge of arrangements.
