
Maxine Beatrice Hunt, daughter of the late James Henry Kilmer and Emma Waggoner Kilmer, was born on March 2, 1923 in Dudley, Missouri and departed this life on August 25, 2015 at Cypress Point Heath Care in Dexter at the age of 92.
Mrs. Hunt was a member of the Church of Christ in Dexter. She was a resident of Dexter, an avid gardener, quilter, poet, baker and cake decorator. She cherished her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In 1945, she was united in marriage to Delbert L. Hunt. Mr. Hunt preceded her in death on February 21, 1955.
She is survived by one son, Richard Lowell Hunt and wife Vickey of Dexter; by two daughters, Linda McRoberts and husband Norman and Earlene Hunt, all of Dexter; by four grandchildren, Kirsten Cassidy and her husband Chris of Edgemoore, South Carolina, Kevin McRoberts and his wife Courtney from Osage Beach, Missouri, Kenneth McRoberts and his wife Alice of Jackson, Missouri and Eric Hunt of Dexter, Missouri; and by five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with Curtis McClard officiating.
