Jarrett Thomas "Buddy" Frazier, son of Cathy Shipman of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and the late Brett Frazier, was born on March 13, 1987 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and departed this life on July 24, 2015 in Hilo, Hawaii at the age of 28.
Jarrett had worked in construction and was a resident of Hilo, Hawaii.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one sister, Misty Edmonds of Cape Girardeau; by three nephews, Jacquin Triplett, JaRon Edmonds and Waylon Powell; by his paternal grandparents, Tom and Rita Frazier of Dexter; and by his long-time girlfriend, Ashley Whitt of Springfield, Missouri.
Besides his father, one sister, Erin Powell, preceded him in death.Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on July 31, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
A memorial service will follow in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel.
