- * PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS... WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST MISSOURI... GENERALLY SOUTH OF A LINE FROM CARBONDALE ILLINOIS TO GREENVILLE KENTUCKY INCLUDING PADUCAH... CAPE GIRARDEAU... POPLAR BLUFF... MURRAY AND HOPKINSVILLE.
- * FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING.
- * RAINS WILL TOTAL 2 TO 3 INCHES ON AVERAGE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY. THESE BROAD AND UNIFORM RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LEAD TO AREAL FLOODING. WHERE THUNDERSTORMS OCCUR AND REPEAT OVER THE SAME AREAS... LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS TO 5 INCHES ARE A POSSIBILITY. THIS MAY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
