She had lived in Bloomfield most of her life. She was a member of the Beech Grove General Baptist Church near Bloomfield and loved quilting, gardening and loved to cook for her family and friends.
On September 27, 1947 she was married to George L. Pullum. He preceded her in death on September 28, 2002.
Surviving are one son and daughter in law, Barry & Jackie Pullum of Bloomfield; two grandchildren and wives, Bill & Melissa Pullum of Bloomfield, Neil & Rebecca Pullum of Bloomfield; one great grandson, Colt Pullum of Bloomfield; two brothers, Larry Cook of Dallas, Texas, Garry Cook of Michigan; and one sister, Colene Sykes of Dixon, Tennessee. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by one brother, J. C. Cook, and two sisters, Susie McCollum and Anna Lois Underwood.

Charlene Myers Robertson, daughter of the late Chester Garfield Myers and Matilda Jane Pace Myers was born on August 17, 1930 at Campbell and departed this life in the Crowley Ridge Care Center at Dexter on May 21, 2015 at the age of 84.
Mrs. Robertson was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dexter, a former school secretary and a resident of Dexter.
She was united in marriage to James Edwin Robertson on December 2, 1948 at Caruthersville. Mr. Robertson preceded her in death on June 26, 2008.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Dr. James Douglas Robertson (Tammy) of Dexter: by one daughter, Jane Michelle Robertson of Dexter: by her twin sister, Garlene Devenney (William) of Myers, Florida: by six grandchildren, Vadra Selenske, Justin Robertson, Sara Robertson, Collin Sisk, Brad Harris and Jordan Pullum: by three great-grandchildren, Matthew Selenske, Olivia Luna Sisk and Ivy Rain Robertson.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Eugene Myers: by two sisters, Bernadine Chartreau and Margaret Ranell Myers.
Friends may call at the First United Methodist Church in Dexter, on Sunday, May 24, 2015 from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M.
Funeral services will then be conducted at 3:00 P.M. in the First United Methodist Church with Dr. Barry Winders officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.

Harold J. Zimmerman, son of the late John Ernest Zimmerman and Nora Ethel McGowan Zimmerman was born in Bernie, Missouri on September 28, 1928 and departed this life at his residence in Bernie, Missouri on May 19, 2015 at the age of 86.
Mr. Zimmerman was a farmer and love to play music. Harold & the Boys played at the Nutrition Center in Dexter, Missouri weekly; at Nursing Homes, His home Church, of Sunnyvale General Baptist Church of Rural Malden, Missouri and Revival’s all across the heartland.
He was united in marriage to Eva Nell Allen in Malden, Missouri on April 3, 1946. She survives in their home in Bernie.
Other survivors include, two sons, Harold Dewayne Zimmerman of Lexington, Tennessee and Lanny Bruce Zimmerman of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; by one daughter, Janice Annette Fadler of Bernie, Missouri; by one sister Geraldine Blackman Sturges of Campbell, Missouri; by ten grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; also by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death other than by his parents, by four brothers, Hershel Zimmerman, Melvin Zimmerman, Howard Zimmerman and Lloyd Zimmerman; by three sisters, Pearl Mickey, Dimple Miller and Marjorie Zimmerman.

Funeral Services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie on May 22, 2015 starting at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. James Hamlett officiating.

John had lived in Bloomfield all of his life. He was a member of the First Church of God in Dexter and was an active member of the communities coffee shop participants.
Surviving are one son, Troy Dean Underwood of Bloomfield; one daughter, Kim Denise Brown of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren, troy Dewayne Underwood, Jacob Lee Underwood and Isabella Loveless all of Bloomfield, Samantha Brown Deimund of Cape Girardeau; one brother and wife, Steve & Joyce Underwood of Bloomfield; one sister, Geneva Grim of Dexter; and one sister in law, Imogene Underwood of Bloomfield. Other relatives and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer & Delmar Underwood; and two sisters, Frances Berry and Wilma Morrow.
Friends may visit on Thursday, May 21, 2015, after 10:00 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Leonard Madigan of Dexter and Rev. Greg Stevens of Bloomfield officiating.

She had lived in Dexter most of her life and had worked at Swift & Company, the International Hat Factory and worked at the Crowley Ridge Care Center before she retired. She had attended the Sweet Prospect General Baptist Church in Dexter.
Surviving are three brothers & wives, Cecil & Margaret Gromer of Columbia, Missouri, Charles Gromer of Jackson, Missouri, Allen & Norma Gromer of Union, Missouri; a niece that was her care giver, Tracey Gromer of Dexter. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Edwards, Virgie Allen, Annie Pruett; and three brothers, Howard, Alva D. and Harold Gromer.
