David Elliott Green, son of Charlotte Blackwell Green of Jefferson City, Missouri and the late Eugene Green, was born on October 24, 1950 in St. Louis, Missouri and departed this life on February 19, 2015 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston at the age of 64.

Mr. Green was self-employed as an insurance/investment advisor working mainly with American National Insurance Company.

On November 24, 1982, he was united in marriage to Vickie Willis in Dexter.  Mrs. Green survives of the home.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is also survived by two sons, Dave Green (Stacy Becker) of O’Fallon, Missouri and Dan Crippen (Emilee Young) of Poplar Bluff; by one daughter, Dusty Springer (Jay) of West Alton, Missouri; by two brothers, Jeffrey Green (Debbie) of Osage Beach, Missouri and Stephen Green (Janet) of Tipton, Missouri; by one sister, Carolyn Imhoff (Jeff) of Jefferson City, Missouri; and by three granddaughters, Sierra Green, Sydney Green and Mia Springer.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. 

Funeral services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 11:30 A.M. with Rev. Don Adams officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
