Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter bands had the 2nd highest number of students in All-District Band this year and the highest amount of students in All-District Jazz Band. 

"We are both very proud of all of our middles school and high school students that auditioned this year,"  commented Scott Rybolt, Director of the Dexter High School Band.

Congratulations to the following students for making the All District Band – Kerrigan Brady – Alternate Flute;  Erin Lauters – 3^rd Chair Clarinet; Courtney Scholl – 12^th Chair Clarinet; Johnna Hinklin – 16^th Chair Clarinet; Victoria Meritt - 18^th Chair Clarinet; Morgan Ross – Alternate Bass Clarinet; Lacey Midget – 1^st Chair Contra Alto Clarinet; Toni Curran – 4^th Chair Alto Saxophone; Gina Magarian – 10^th Chair Trumpet; Emily Johns – 6^th Chair French Horn; Brooks Propst – 3^rd Chair Trombone; Ethan Gillum – 4^th Chair Tuba; Addison Moore – 2^nd Alternate Percussion Option 1, and Sean Rybolt – 2^nd Alternate Percussion Option 2.

All-District Band performance will be held in Cape Girardeau on Saturday, November 15th.  Students will practice most of the day and perform at 7:00 p.m.  Parents and the community are encouraged to attend.
