Dexter, MO - The 2nd Annual Bearcat Color Burst is just around the corner.  Registrations are being accepted at Dexter High School. 

The fun run/ walk is being hosted by Dexter Project Prom and sponsored by First National Bank.  All monies raised will benefit Project Prom 2015. 

Dana Adams from First National Bank tells the Show Me Times, “Last year, we had just over 200 participants.  We are hoping for more this year.” 

For those unfamiliar with a Color Burst Run, this is a 5k run/walk with stations set up throughout the race where participants are showered with colored powder.  At the end of the run, the participants will be multicolored and smiling.  It is a really fun event.
 
Registration forms for the run can be picked up at DHS.  Registrations will be taken all the way up until race time, but registrations received by 9-12-2014 will receive a Bearcat Color Burst t-shirt and swag bag.
