* TIMING... A STRONG ARCTIC FRONT WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHERN ILLINOIS AND SOUTHWEST INDIANA LATE THIS EVENING... AND MOVE RAPIDLY SOUTH ACROSS SOUTHEAST MISSOURI... THE SOUTHERN TIP OF ILLINOIS AND WEST KENTUCKY OVERNIGHT.
* WINDS... NORTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 40 TO 50 MPH WILL BE LIKELY.
* IMPACTS... WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. UNSECURED OUTDOOR OBJECTS CAN BE THROWN AROUND. SOME TREE LIMBS CAN COME DOWN AS WELL.
