Kennett Indians Earn Spot in Championship Game

Bloomfield, Missouri - The Kennett Indians are headed to the Championship game on Monday evening after defeating South Pemiscot by a score of 69 - 62.

Kennett's Antavies Drake #1 and Materion Jones #34 shared the game-high points, each obtaining 17 total in the game.  Each also added one trey a piece.  Jones scored all of his buckets in the first quarter except the 3-pointer, which he got in the 4th quarter of the game.  Kevonte Mitchell #20 recorded 11 points.

Rantrell Caruthers, Kevonte Mitchell, and Anthony Hawkins also contributed 3-pointers against South Pemiscot.  Each player tallied one each.

S. Pemiscot had four players in double figures.   Contrell Johnson #34 had the team-high 15 points of which included three treys.  Jarvis Johnson #1 contributed 13 points and was 3 for 4 at the charity stripe.   Jacob Trammell #15 hit for 11 points including 3 treys and two from the charity stripe.  Anthony Primer #12 added 10 points for the Bulldogs
