Linda Marie Hook, daughter of the late Clyde R. Bedwell and Shirley Lankford Bedwell, was born on August 26, 1952 in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri and departed this life on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 60 years.

Mrs. Hook had been employed in the Deli Department at Wal-Mart in Dexter and was a resident of Dexter.

On May 25, 1990, she was united in marriage to Tyrone Hook in Essex, Missouri.  Mr. Hook preceded her in death on October 26, 2003.

 She is survived by two sons, Chris Dobbelare and Jeff Dobbelare, both of Dexter, Missouri; by one brother, Eugene Bedwell of Biehle, Missouri; by three sisters, Brenda Gendron of St. Mary, Missouri, Diane Keith of Chester, Illinois and Emma Gregory of Clinton, Tennessee; and by three grandchildren, Christian Dobbelare, Cameron Dobbelare and Jeffrey Dobbelare, Jr.
