Stoddard County, Missouri - The Missouri State University recently awarded scholarships to incoming students for the 2013-2014 academic year. 

These students were selected from those who applied based on their ACT (American College Test) scores, GPA, standing in graduating class and leadership shown in community and school activities.

From Advance, Missouri Tyler Drake Middleton received the Deans' Scholarship.

From Bernie, Missouri Haley Marie Stockton received the Transfer Academic Scholarship.

From Dexter, Missouri Tyler Wilson received the Board of Governors Scholarship. (Shown in picture)  Estimated value is $20,000.  Congratulations Tyler!

From Essex, Missouri Jesse Barnes and Kelly Motta received the Provost Scholarship. 

From Puxico, Missouri Josh Harp received the Provost Scholarship.

Congratulations to all of Stoddard County's best and brightest academic students.
