Dexter, Missouri – “Times Not Waiting Tour” is coming to the The Lighthouse Christian Center on Friday, March 22nd.   Three amazing bands will be featured at the event, Seventh Time Down, Stellarkart, and Abandon.

The youth ministry, The Called, are teens ages 13 through high school and they meet each Wednesday night for their own worship service tailored to appeal to today’s youth.  They enjoy socials, outings, camps, and conventions, as well as participating in the outreach ministry.  This is an event they are really excited about bringing to the Dexter area.

The Seventh Time Down Band is a Christian rock band releasing their first album, “Alive in You” in September of 2011.  They are from Mount Vernon, Kentucky that blends classic rock with their own sound.  They pull from the best of timeless bands such as Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Doors and AC/DC and even some Johnny Cash.  Who wouldn’t like this awesome band!

Stellarkart is a Christian pop punk band from Phoenix, Arizona and have been around since 2005 when they released their first album, “All Gas, No Brake”.

The band Abandon is also a Christian rock band and they are from San Antonio, Texas. Their group’s name was inspired by the Bible verse of Joshua 22:3, which reads, “God has directed us not to abandon any brothers”.

Get your tickets early!  Cost is only $10 if you pay early, $15 at the door.  For more information just call 624-2500.  You can also go to www.itickets.com to purchase your tickets.  You won’t want to miss these amazing performers.

Concert begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Lighthouse Christian Center located at 18555 Lighthouse Dr, Dexter.

The Called has their own Facebook page and you can go to www.lighthouseofdexter.org to learn more about their ministry.
