Bloomfield, Missouri – The thirteenth seeded Puxico Indians could not outlast the fourth seeded South Pemiscot Bulldogs in a back and forth contest at the Bloomfield Christmas Tournament Thursday afternoon.

I don’t know if it is a new gym or coming off of the Christmas break, but it was not our best first-half showing of the year.”
Zach Tucker led the Indians with 17 points. He scored nine of those points in the fourth quarter. Tim Hancock scored 11 points for the Indians. Puxico was able to narrow the lead to 60-58 with only three minutes left in regulation, but the Indians were not able to a win. Bidewell said, “They are not a bad basketball team at all. They only lost to Twin Rivers by single digits and they are one of the top team.”
The Bulldogs’ Jacob Trammel hit three of his five 3-pointers. He finished the game with 17 points along with teammate Anton Wilbourn who scored eight of his ten points after halftime. Seth Harris made 21 of his team-high 28 points in the second half.
