Andrea Fuwell Garris was born September 29, 1973 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to parents Bernadette Mary Teresa (Lucas) and Bufford Roy Fuwell and passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in LSU Medical Center, Shreveport, LA, following a sudden illness.

She was a registered nurse having graduated from Sourthern University Nursing School. Andrea and her family attended the Simple Church. Andrea was a wonderful wife, mother and friend. Her favorite time of the year was fall, for the changing colors and most of all Saturday College football. She loved her LSU TIGER football. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

Andrea was preceded in death by her father, Bufford Roy Fuwell and her niece, Savannah Snider.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Garris, son, Caden Garris, daughters, Conner and Peyton Garris all of Shreveport.  Andrea is also survived by her mother Bernadette Fuwell, two sisters, Shelia Fuwell, Cindy Morton and husband Tim, three brothers, Butch Fuwell and wife Jessie, Raymond Fuwell and wife Tina, Norman Bradshaw and wife Vicki, two brother-in-laws, Dewayne "Tank" Garris and wife Ginger, Larry Garris and wife Linda, and 29 nephews and nieces.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Friday, November 23, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.  Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel.  Interment will follow in the Essex cemetery.
