James Allen Lykins, son of the late King David Lykins and Elsie Cheek Lykins, was born on September 30, 1944, in Exeter, California, and departed this life at his residence in Circle City, Missouri, on November 4, 2012, at the age of 68.
Mr. Lykins was employed by Tyson Foods, Inc. in Dexter.
He is survived by three sons, James L. Lykins of Circle City, Missouri, Roy Lykins of Marked Tree, Arkansas, and Danny Lykins of Dexter, Missouri; by one brother, Roy Lykins of LaGrande, Oregon, by ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin Lykins and LeRoy Lykins; and by two sisters, Nora Ames and Susie Lockridge.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 8, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 8, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Tim Russell officiating. Interment will follow in the Essex Cemetery.
She had grown up in Southeast Missouri, lived in St. Louis and then California for twenty years before returning to Dexter in 1976. She had worked at Arvin Automotive for thirty years a member of the Dexter Eagles Aerie and the U.A.W. Local. She had attended the Assembly of God Church in Dexter.
On April 7, 1964, she was married to Johnie Jefferson Casey in Inglewood, California. He preceded her in death on February 2, 1982

Surviving are one daughter and spouse, Christine & Calvin Sandlin of Dexter, Missouri; four grandchildren, Linda Kirkpatrick, Dylan, Aaron and Quentin Sandlin all of Dexter; two great grandchildren, Larissa Throckmorton and Colton Lane Grigery both of Dexter; one brother, Charles Marler of Hillsboro, Missouri; two special nephews, Rocky and Jimmy Fortner both of Spokane, Washington.
Other family and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by two brothers, George Leroy Fortner and James Edward Fortner in infancy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2012, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2012, at Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Phil Warren of Dexter, Missouri officiating.
Interment will be in the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

She had moved to the Aid Community in 1959, where she lived until moving into an area nursing home. She was of the Protestant Faith.
On October 17, 1957, she was married to Floyd Allen. He preceded her in death on March 20, 2012.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas W. Morrison of Zalma, Misouri, James E. Morrison of Arnold, Missouri; one step-son, Kenny Allen of Portland, Oregon; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two brothers, Russell Shelton of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and David Shelton of Dexter, Missouri. Other family and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by eight brothers, Everett, Bill, Wesley, Ralph, Howard, John, Charlie and Homer Shelton; and four sisters, Sallie Hampton, Agnes Blake, Ruby Kitrell and Mable Snider.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, after 10:00 a.m. at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.

Sara LeeAnn Jones Leija, daughter of Kathy Stobaugh Jones of Bloomfield and the late Larry B. Jones, was born on July 1, 1981, at Sikeston and departed this life in the emergency room of Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter on November 1, 2012, at the age of 31.
Sara was a member of the Dexter Church of Christ, had a natural love for children which extended from her son, nieces, nephews and into her chosen profession as an educator in Early Childhood Special Education in the Scott County Central School District. She had previously been employed as an Aide in the Early Childhood Classroom in the Bloomfield School District. She was a resident of rural Bloomfield.
She is survived by one son, Keaton Avery Leija of Bloomfield; by her mother, Kathy Jones, of Bloomfield; by her brother, Larry Kyle Jones and wife, Che’, of Bloomfield; by her sister, Lora Galati and husband, Joe, of Jackson; by two nephews, Sam Galati and Larry Mason Jones; by two nieces, Vita Claire Galati and Anna Kate Galati.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Sunday, November 4, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Monday, November 5, 2012, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Travis Quertermous officiating. Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery.

Mr. Williams had worked in construction and was a Welder during his life and was of Church of Christ faith.
He was united in marriage to Barbara Ann Essen in Ellisville, Missouri on September 12, 1959.
Survivors include, His wife, Barbara Ann Williams of their home in Bernie, Missouri; by three sons, Lonnie E. Williams of Dexter, Missouri Jeffery Allen Williams of Dexter, Missouri and Rodney Dean Williams of Bernie, Missouri: by one sister, Christina Larkin of Johnston City, Illinois Missouri; by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death other than by his parents by one son, Anthony Lee Williams; by one brother, Lonnie Odell Williams; by two sisters, Rosemarie Bradley and Betty Lou Williams.
