Missouri Southern Healthcare will provide FREE athletic physicals to all Stoddard County Middle School and High School Athletes, Thursday, August 2.  The physicals will be held in the Dexter High School Cafeteria from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.  MSH Physicians and Nurse Practitioners will be on hand to conduct these physicals.  Last year, nearly 300 students benefited from this program.

Students and parents, please remember all schools require parents signature on the physical form and proof of medical insurance.
