Etter "Maxine" Beasley Hochart

Etter "Maxine" Beasley Hochart, daughter of the late George M. and Velma Leona Ashbey Thompson, was born in Booneville, Mississippi on June 16, 1926, and passed away at her home in Dexter, Missouri on May 13, 2012, at the age of 85.

Mrs. Hochart had lived in Dexter all of her life. She was of the Pentecost faith.

On August 19, 1946, she was married to Lonnie Beasley. He preceded her in death on February 15, 1977.

Surviving are two sons, Bobby Ammons of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Lonnie Beasley of Lawrence, Michigan; two daughters, Betty Woods of Dexter and Ruby Ryan of Thayer; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; and by one sister, Leona Woodruff of Booneville, Mississippi. Other family and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by one grandson, Bobby Dewayne Ammons, and by five brothers, R. L., Robert, Virgil, James Stanley and Edward Thompson

Visitation will be held fro 5 until 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at the Watkins and Sons Chapel in Dexter with Jarod Hancock of Qulin officiating.

Interment will be in the Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
