Dexter FFA Students Received State Awards

Two Dexter High School students active in Future Farmers of America recently received Proficiency Awards at the 84th Missouri State FFA Convention. Chelsey Massey was recognized for her Swine Production - Entrepreneurship and Derek Felker was recognized for his Natural Resources and Environmental Management work. The advisor for the Dexter High School FFA chapter is Ronnie Shipman. Over 9100 Missouri FFA members, parents and guests attended this year's convention, held in April in Columbia.
