Emily Frances Street

Emily Frances Street, daughter of the late William Thomas and Nellie Elizabeth (Ogilvie) Sutton, passed away at her home in Bloomfield, Missouri on May 25, 2011, at the age of 75 years.
She was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on May 25, 1936. On February 25, 1954, she was united in marriage to Tremayne Street in Tunica Mississippi.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Tremayne Street; daughter, Paula Eubanks and husband, Eddy, of Dexter, Missouri; son, Tom Street and wife, Tammy of Bloomfield, Missouri; daughter, Natalie Evans and husband Ernie of Dexter, Missouri; and daughter, Elizabeth Street of Bloomfield, Missouri. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Shana Klipfel, Shane Eubanks, Erica Cain, Zach Cain, Blake Kimbrough, Emily Hayes and Hunter Taul, as well as four great grandchildren, Will and Wes Klipfel and Jade and Brianna Cain. She is also survived by two brothers, Bob Sutton and wife, Edra of Burns Flat, Oklahoma and Paul Sutton and wife, Barbara of Marion, Illinois; by five nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two infant brothers, James Loren and Billy Wayne Sutton; and her grandparents, Walter and Fannie (McKinnis) Sutton and Zelotes and Amanda Emily (Miller) Ogilvie.
She lived in numerous towns across the midwest until her family settled in Dexter when she was bout 14 years old. She attended and graduated from Dexter High School in 1954, and received degrees in Special Education, a Masters in Education Administration and Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University. She loved working as a nurse and was currently employed by Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter. In recent years she accepted Christ as her personal Savior and drew spiritual comfort from her visits with Dr. Odus Eubanks.
Visitation will be held at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield on Saturday, May 28, 2011, at 5 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 29, 2011, at 3 p.m., in the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home with Dr. Odus Eubanks, Pastor of Ellington Methodist Church of Ellington, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery with Pall Bearers, Shane Eubanks, Eddy Eubanks
, Zach Cain, Blake Kimbrough, Ernie Evans and Matt Klipfel.
