...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT /2 AM EDT/ TO 9 AM CDT /10 AM EDT/ MONDAY... WHAT...Temperatures as low as 32 degrees will result in frost formation. WHERE...Southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky and southeast Missouri. WHEN...Late tonight into early Monday morning. IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some sheltered locations may see temperatures fall slightly below 32 degrees, which would result in a light freeze. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky and southeast Missouri, including the following areas, in southern Illinois, Alexander, Edwards, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Massac, Perry IL, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Union, Wabash, Wayne IL, White and Williamson. IMPACTS...Excessive runoff is expected to result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Some areas may experience more widespread and significant flash flooding with road closures and washouts, water entering normally dry areas, and dangerous travel conditions.

IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
