AREA BOATERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER WATERCRAFT, SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR WHITE CAP CONDITIONS AND STRONG WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH. HIGH-PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING ON EAST-WEST ORIENTED HIGHWAYS MAY NEED TO USE A LITTLE EXTRA CAUTION AS WELL.
