
Dexter, MO - A FREE medical clinic will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. and again on Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Saint Francis Medical Center in Dexter.
St. Francis Medical Center is located at 1212 W. St. Francis Drive.
A variety of services will be provided by area doctors and nurses including vision/glasses, hearing aids, cardiology, diabetic foot care, wound care, as well as general medical assessment, and beautician services.
DAEOC will be on hand Friday to provide information and help with rent and utilities.
A food pantry will also be available on Saturday.Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged by CLICKING HERE.

The Easter Egg Hunt was divided into three age groups with each group having three prize eggs hidden. The kids that found the prize eggs received an Easter Basket and stuffed toy.

The Dexter Police Department will again participate in the Special Olympics Torch Run. The date of the Torch Run will be May 28, 2021 at 10:00 AM The route will be Bus 60 and Route AD (Wal-Mart) to Bus 60 and Mo 25. Several agencies will be participating in the Special Olympics Torch Run in Dexter MO.
On that morning it is asked that the employees at the businesses along the route come out and cheer the policemen and policewomen who are running the torch!
Last years Special Olympics Torch Run was canceled due to COVID-19, please help us support the athletes this year.
The Dexter Police Department will be selling Special Olympics shirts. The items can be purchased by contacting the Dexter Police Department.
