Pies for Puppies Fundraiser

Bloomfield, Missouri - If you know Bonnie Blue then you know she loves dogs!  She rescues and tries to find homes for unwanted or abandoned pets in Bloomfield, Missouri.

The dog shown in the photo was "borrowed" from the Bloomfield Pound to her house to be fostered until he is well enough to be adopted.

"This dog is a real sweetheart! I know it has to hurt when I care for his injury, but he just stand there very patiently," commented Blue.  "He is mild mannered and gets along with my dogs well. I haven't tried him with my cats yet, but from what I've observed I think he will get along with them. I so hope he can be placed with a loving family who will spoil him rotten!"

On Saturday, October 29th, Pies for Puppies fundraiser will be held at Town & Country from 9:00 a.m. - noon.  If you would like to donate baked goods to be sold please drop off at the grocery store before 9:00 a.m.

Modern Woodmen is sponsoring the event and will match funds raised up to $500.

Cash donations will be accepted.  Your support of this event will be greatly appreciated!
