Missouri Health Care for All

We’ve all hears the stories. Working parents forced to choose between groceries and medicine. Neighbors who put off seeing a doctor because they are uninsured. Families saddled with debt from a medical emergency. Doctors who can’t treat their cancer patient as they see best because the insurance company denied payment. Young adults picked up by law enforcement because they couldn’t get treatment for their mental illness. Local hospitals cutting jobs and closing doors.

Missouri Health Care for All is a non-profit, non-partisan, founded by faith and community leaders. They have staff in St. Louis, Springfield, Joplin, Jefferson City, and Dexter.

They strive to raise asset limits for seniors and people with disabilities on Medicaid, improve transparency in health care costs, ensure that all insured Missourians get what they pay for and have access to doctors in their network, improve access to non-emergency medical transportation, secure health insurance for uninsured Missourians, and prevent cuts to existing health programs.

MHCFA works statewide to give Missourians meaningful ways to impact the health policy issues that affect them. Our members are active in communities across the state.
