Dexter, Missouri - At approximately 11:30 a.m. City of Dexter Mayor Joe Weber signed a proclamation proclaiming June 14, 2016, Flag Day in the City of Dexter, Missouri and he urged all citizens to celebrate this day with honor.

"Throughout our history, the American Flag has steadfastly served as an emblem of this great Nation, and we pledge our allegiance to the banner that has served as a guiding symbol on our Nation's journey.  We also celebrate the hope it inspires in the American people."
