The Puxico High School featured their seniors at a recent basketball game in the Arnold Ryan Gym.

Emily Carr is escorted by her parents Tiffany Carr and Josh Carr.

She has participated in girls basketball all four years of high school as a guard and wore the #15 proudly.

Her future plans are to attend the University of Missouri - Columbia and get a doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.

Thank you to her coach for his unwavering support and guidance he had provided over the last four years.  he has been an exceptional mentor and great coach.  His dedication to the Puxico Lady Indians basketball team over the years had made a lasting impact and thank you for all that he has accomplished.

Thank you to mom and dad for supporting me all the way and always meeting me with a water and taking me to McDonalds after the games.  Also a special thank you to her dad for always giving "pep" talks before the game.

Words of Wisdom: Keep up the hard work and never give up.  Don't forget your practice time jerseys.  Buy shoes with good traction.  Lanie Porter wear your ankle brace!  Also don't drink two loaded teas and not use the restroom before you leave for an hour long bus trip.  If you do...make sure you have a good friend to hold the cup and help clean your mess.  What happens on the bus, stays on the bus!
