2020 DHS Fall Senior Night Featuring John Fortner

Dexter, MO - On Friday, September 4, 2020 the Dexter High School honored fall athletes at Charles Bland Stadium.  Due to COVID-19 senior night was moved from the last home game to the first home game of the year.  Football, volleyball, girls tennis, football cheer, cross country and band members and their families were announced prior to kick-off against the Sikeston Bulldogs.

John Fortner is the son of Amanda and Charles Fortner.

He is a member of the DHS Marching Band and Jazz Cats.

His future plans after graduation are to attend the College of the Ozarks. 

His most memorable moment at DHS is when he made the All District Concert Band and the All District Jazz Band.

Nevaeh Johnson is the daughter of Stacey and Marco Buenaventura.

She is a member of the DHS Marching Band.

Her future plans are to attend Three Rivers College.

Her most memorable moment at DHS is when she competed in Spanish and placed.

Nate Mangum is the son of Julie and Stacy Mangum.

He is a member of the DHS Marching Band.

His future plans after graduation are to attend Southeast Missouri State University for one year and transfer to Rolla.

His most memorable moment at DHS is when we went to all-state tryouts.

His future plans after graduation are to take a year off. 

His most memorable moment at DHS is when he Rick-Rolled the entire school during a talent show.
