
Dexter, Missouri - Miss Dexter High School was crowned prior to the Bearcat vs. Caruthersville football game Friday, September 18, 2015.
The winners of Friday evenings Miss DHS Contest were chosen by a vote of the entire DHS student body.
The 2015-2016 Miss DHS is Julia Hahn. First Alternate is Kassidey Bollinger and Second Alternate is MaKayla Waldner.

Dexter, Missouri - The 2014 First Runner Up, Miss Toni Curran, was available to crown the new Miss DHS.
Toni is a 2015 graduate of Dexter High School and is currently attending Southeast Missouri State University. She is pursuing a degree in nursing.
Toni is the daughter of Tony and Michelle Curran.
Mr. Chance Jarrell escorted Toni. Chance is also a 2015 graduate of Dexter High School and is the son of Tom and Kerry Jarrell.

Dexter, Missouri - Miss Karlee Wright was the eighth contestant of the evening at Charles Bland Stadium on Friday.
Karlee is the 17 year-old daughter of Richard and Wilma Wright.
Her activities include Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Student Council, Honor’s Choir, Dexter Honor Society, and serves as Secretary for the senior class of 2016.
Karlee’s future plans are to attend Missouri State University and major in Elementary Education.
Mr. Garrett Kyle escorted Karlee. He is the 17 year-old son of Roger and Sherry Medler.
Garrett’s three words to describe Karee are: Smart, Funny, and Pretty.

Dexter, Missouri - Miss Ashlyn Werneck was contestant number seven on Friday evening at Charles Bland Stadium.
Ashlyn is the 17 year-old daughter of Chad and Amber Werneck.
She is active in DECA, FCCLA, and Future Teachers of America.
After graduation, Ashlyn plans to attend college and become a Registered Nurse.
Mr. Nathaniel Weathers escorted Ashlyn. He is the 17 year-old son of Ron and Tabitha Weathers.
Nate’s three words to describe Ashlyn are: Outgoing, Kindhearted, and Pretty.

Dexter, Missouri - MaKayla Waldner was the sixth contestant at Charles Bland Stadium on Friday evening.
MaKayla is the 18 year-old daughter of Bob and Kim Waldner.
Her activities include Lady Cats Varsity Tennis, Varsity Track and Field, and plays soccer for the St. Louis Scott Gallagher League. She is also a member of the Art Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes captain and serves as the senior class of 2016 President.
MaKayla’s future plans are to attend Mississippi State University to play soccer and study Biomechanical Engineering.
Mr. Tyler Heil escorted MaKayla. He is the 18 year-old son of Dan and Connie Heil.
Tyler’s three words to describe MaKayla are: Bright, Bold, and Beautiful.
