Homecoming Activities at DHS
Homecoming week at Dexter High School is always a fun time.  This week, just like every other week leading up to Homecoming for many years, has been filled with crazy themed days and fun activities.

To start off the week on Monday was pajama day where many students and faculty came to school dressed just like they looked when they rolled out of bed.  On Tuesday the halls were filled with everyone supporting their favorite colleges by wearing shirts with their respective school logos, names, and mascots.

Wednesday the students was camoflage/animal print day and the students were able to choose between coming to school dressed in their camoflage or some wild animal print outfits.  Thursday was twin day where students coordinated their outfits with a friend or several friends to look like each other.

The final day of the week Friday will be red and black day to show school spirit and support the Bearcat athletes.  During 7th hour the whole school will be involved with or attend the Pep Rally to get the Bearcat student body fired up for the nights football game.

The DHS Student Council will get several clubs together to decorate the fence outside of Charles Bland Stadium.  During the Pep Rally the Dexter Bearcat Marching Band will play the fight song while the football cheerleaders lead the crowd in a cheer.

The Pep Rally will have an on the field activity for all students from each class getting to participate.  Closing out the Pep Rally will have the football cheerleaders performing their Homecoming halftime dance routine to fire up the student body.

Students of Dexter High School and fans of the Bearcats are encouraged to come to Charles Bland Stadium on Friday night to see all of the Homecoming festivities and watch the Bearcats take on the Charleston Bluejays.
