Party Rock Talent Filled Bloomfield Pop Concert

Party Rock Talent Filled Bloomfield Pop Concert
BLOOMFIELD - The Bloomfield Christmas Tournament is not the only show in town, as Party Rock filled the Bloomfield High School gym.  The night was nearly electric as members of the Bloomfield Choir performed their annual Bloomfield High School Choir Pop Concert.

"I'm Just Singin'" was the theme for the Bloomfield High School Spring Extravaganza.  With over 26 performances, there was a wide range of music that would meet the fancy of any listening.

From Rock to Country to Pop music, performers were met with applause and call-outs from the crowd of supporters that filled the gym.  It was easy to see that a tremendous amount of work had gone into the performance, as every cue was met and the talent of musicians and singers was incredible.

SMT Top Fun Performance Award was by Simone Pry, Page Dement and Genny Weathers with a throwback number to The Rocky Horror Picture Show days with "The Time Warp".

SMT Top Sweetest Song Performance Award goes to Paul Fox and Lindsay Hutchison for their Josh Abbott Band rendition of "Oh Tonight".

SMT Top Grand Performance Award goes to Maggie Thorn with her closing song of "A Broken Wing".

But the Overall Grand Champion Performance for the night was held in the BHS Choir number of "Party Rock".  The lively performance of dance moves, flips, jumps and spins was performed by the entire BHS group.  It was a blast.

Our compliments to Mrs. Terrie Rose and her BHS Choir members for all their hard work and efforts.
