Heather Kay Northcutt and Scott Granville Northcutt of Dexter announce the birth of their daughter at 2:15 p.m. on August 4, 2020 at St. Francis Healthcare in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Finley Blair Northcutt weighed 5 lbs., 9 oz, and was 17 and 3/4 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Sergio and Peggy Rodriguez of Parma and Sharon and Keith Collins of Malden.

Paternal grandparents are Ruth Ann and Les Fields of Bloomfield and Charles Northcutt and Beverly Northcutt of Cape Girardeau.
