Joshua Ray Stovall and Lindsey Kaye Smith of Bell City, Missouri are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, born October 6, 2016 at the SoutheastHEALTH Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Emery Kaye Stovall arrived at 7:24 a.m. weighing 6 lbs., 3 oz., and was 19.5 inches long at birth.

Maternal grandmother is Robyn Ramsey of Benton.

Paternal grandparents are Donald and Daronda Stovall of Bell City.
