2021 Lady Bearcat Tennis Team Spotlight - Julianna Rivera

Dexter, MO - 2021 Lady Bearcat Tennis Team Spotlight - Julianna Rivera.

Julianna is a senior at Dexter High School and is the daughter of Julio and Tiffany Rivera.

She is a member of FCCLA, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Pep Club, National Honor Society, National Sr. Beta Club, HOSA, Future Business Leaders of America, Yearbook Staff and Model UN. she is also the Club President for FCCLA.

She has earned recognition as Most Valuable Player - Tennis 2020, Most Aggressive Wrestler Winter Sports 2021, and Most Valuable Player - Wrestling Winter Sports 2021. She was a District Championship Wrestler and State Qualifier in Wrestling.

She is plays sports on the Dexter Varsity Tennis Team, Dexter Varsity Girls Wrestling Team, and Dexter Track & Field Team.

Her hobbies are being happy and kind to everyone!  She likes to hanging out with friends, working hard and making memories.

She attends Lighthouse Christian Church in Dexter.

Kayley is a freshman at Dexter High School and the daughter of Crystal and Kelly McCoy.

Her grandparents are Debbie Trout and Sammy McCoy.

He is a member of FCCLA, Future Business Leaders of America, HOSA and play tennis on the Lady Cats Tennis Team.

Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends and shopping.

Kayley attend the First Baptist Church.

Destiny Ahrens is a junior at Dexter High School and is the daughter of Ronald and Tasha Ahrens.  Her grandparents are Roseanne and Robert Ahrens and Judy Pearson.

She is a member of Future Business Leaders of America, Sr. Beta Club, and HOSA.  She is also a member of Girls Tennis, Wrestling, and Softball.

Ahrens received the Most Improved Wrestler for girls.

Her hobbies are running, cooking, and painting.

Natalie Bolin is a senior at Dexter High School.  She is the daughter of Craig and Kim Bolin.

Her grandparents are Sherry and Roger Bolin and Pat Brown and Dave Richards.

She is a member of the Sr. Beta Club.

Natalie is also a member of the Kickin’ Cats Dance Team.

Her hobbies include lifeguarding and baking. 

She attends Spirit and Truth Worship Center.

Dexter, MO - 2021 Lady Bearcat Tennis Team Spotlight - Kate Churchill

Kate Churchill is a sophomore at Dexter High School and a member of the Lady Bearcats Tennis Team.

She is the daughter of Dan and Rhonda Churchill. 

Her grandparents are Earl and Dorothy Dunlap and Maureen and Larry Churchill.

She is a member of Future Business Leaders of America, Scholar Bowl, Sr. Beta Club, Student Council, Choir, Band, Book Club, and the Drama Club.

Kate also participates in Field and Track in the spring.

Her hobbies are tennis, reading, shopping, traveling, and adventurous things like parasailing.

She attends the First Pentecostal Church of Dexter.

Kate has received numerous awards thus far including 4th at Jr. Beta, 7th grade Social Studies Award, 1st in Spelling at Scholastic, All District Band 7th, 8th and 9th grade years, All-District Choir 7th grade, and Quizbowl Award 8th grade Jr Beta 1st place.
