Clayton Jay Crawford, son of the late Donnie Crawford and Janie Renfro Battles, was born on May 28, 1970, in Des Plaines, Illinois and departed this life on October 28, 2024, at Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 54 years.

Mr. Crawford was a carpenter and enjoyed playing his guitar.,

He is survived by his brother, Curtis Scott Crawford and wife Christina of Dexter, Missouri; by his sister, Ashley Boham and husband Johnny of Dexter, Missouri; by his niece, Brittany Crawford of Pocahontas, Arkansas; by two uncles, Lamar Renfro of Steele, Missouri and Jack Renfro of Dallas, Texas; and by many other friends and relatives.
