He is survived by his parents: Zach and Jackalyn Watson of Dexter; one brother: Brently Watson of the home; Grandparents: Le-Roy & Cindy Watson of Dexter, Robert & Gwen Johnson of Jonesboro, IL, Sherrill & Lydia Daniels of Dexter; Great-Grandparents: Deborah Burress of Cape Girardeau, Earl & Laura Heppe of Essex; Uncles & Aunts: Amber Daniels, Leroy Watson II, Justin & Kirstie Newell, Amy & Billy Scroggins all of Dexter, Nick & Aurora Daniels of Jackson, MO, Kelsie Watson of Anna, IL, Jammi Scoggins of Branson MO and many great aunts & uncles.

Florence "Flo" Marie Robinson, a beloved soul who never met a stranger, has gracefully left this world, at the age of 99, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness She was born on April 2, 1925, to John and Jessie (Watkins) Cole in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and peacefully passed away on July 4, 2024, in Union, Missouri.
Florence will always be remembered for her infectious smile, punctuality, and the way she touched the lives of everyone she met with warmth. Her love for serving in the church and cherishing moments with her family truly defined her.
On May 4, 1966, Florence was married to Louis Robinson in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and remained married until the time of his passing on July 23, 2011.
Florence was a faithful member of First General Baptist Church in Bloomfield where she served in many ways and touched the lives of many.
In the hearts of those who knew her, Florence will forever remain a beacon of light. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Marcia Souders, numerous nieces and nephews, several grandchildren, and a multitude of extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Louis "Mose" Robinson, her son Dennis Souders, three brothers Curtis, George, Louis, as well as her three sisters Jewel, Ruby, and Essie.
Services to honor Florence's life will be held at Watkins Funeral Homes in Bloomfield on July 11th. The visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. with Pastor Charles Robertson of Bloomfield officiating. The interment will be at Bloomfield Cemetery to follow.
Florence's memory will forever live on in the hearts of all those fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in peace knowing that she was cherished by many and will be deeply missed.

Sherrye Lane Walton, a dedicated Sales Representative for Wersberg for over 23 years, passed away on June 30, 2024 Known as the most committed individual to her work, Sherrye's unwavering passion and desire to be at her job were truly commendable. Her career was not just a means of living but rather a source of fulfillment and purpose.
Born on September 28, 1957, in Memphis, Tennessee, Sherrye's journey was marked by love and compassion for both people and animals. Her charming personality and warm demeanor endeared her to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Beyond her professional life, Sherrye found joy in simple pleasures like camping, crappie fishing, and reveling in the beauty of the great outdoors.
Sherrye's educational foundation began with her graduation from High School in Memphis, Tennessee. Her thirst for knowledge coupled with her strong work ethic paved the way for a successful career in sales. Additionally, Sherrye proudly served in the United States Army, a testament to her patriotism and dedication to serving her country.
Sherrye married the love of her life Paul Walton on October 15, 1990 in Memphis, Tennessee and remained married until the time of her passing.
The memorial service to honor and remember Sherrye will be held on July 8, 2024, at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield. The event will commence at 3:00 PM and conclude at 4:00 PM as friends and family gather to pay their respects and celebrate the life of this remarkable individual.
Sherrye is survived by her loving husband, Paul Walton of Puxico. She also leaves behind three aunts: Patsy, Nita, and Kay. In addition to her surviving family members are cherished memories shared with her parents James Thorton and Brenda Ann (Lane) Sullivan; two siblings Susan and Shawn Sullivan.
In honoring the memory of Sherrye Lane Walton, let us remember her as a dedicated professional, a loving family member, a proud veteran, and a friend whose kindness knew no bounds. May she rest in peace knowing that she touched countless lives with her infectious spirit and unwavering commitment to all she held dear.

Virgil Lawrence Wethington, son of the late Virgil and Elsie Johnson Wethington, was born on August 24, 1935, in Stoddard County, Essex, Missouri, and departed this life on July 6, 2024, at his residence in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, at the age of 88 years.
Mr. Wethington was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant after 22 years of service. He was the former owner of Prairie 204 Video Store in Bloomfield, Missouri and he enjoyed coin collecting.
On August 16, 1958, in Canastota, New York, he was united in marriage to Elsie Ann Bowman. Mrs. Wethington survives of their home in Poplar Bluff.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his daughter Kathy Conner of Knob Noster, Missouri; by his son, Doug Wethington and wife Cheryl of Ellsinore, Missouri; by his son-in-law, David Marler of Williamsville, Missouri; by his brother, Bill Wethington of High Ridge, Missouri; by three sisters, Charlene Klien of Bay, Missouri; Anna Bohrisch of Thayer, Missouri, and Judy Florida of Windsor, Missouri; by three grandchildren, Taylor Wethington and wife Diane, Austin Wethington, and Brent Evans; and by three great-grandchildren, Derek Wethington, Harper Wethington, and Raelynn Wethington.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Carol Marler; by his son-in-law, Claude Todd Conner; by his brother, Herbert Wethington; and by his sister, Linda Colberg.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Graveside services will then be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Larry Evans officiating.

Vera Ann Gilbert, daughter of the late Ira C. Taylor and Robbie Odum Taylor, was born on June 2, 1947, in Essex, Missouri, and departed this life on July 6, 2024, at Winchester Nursing Center in Bernie, Missouri, at the age of 77 years.
Mrs. Gilbert was a former clerk for TG&Y and a homemaker for VNA. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Essex, Missouri, and a resident of Essex. She enjoyed shopping, loved her dogs and spending time giving and doing for others.
She is survived by two sons, Gary Gilbert and wife Stephanie of Dexter, Missouri, and Larry Michael Gilbert of Essex, Missouri, by two daughters, Tracy Azure and husband John “Jay” of Bloomfield, Missouri; and Jamie Kimbrel (Dale Dodson) of Essex, Missouri; by thirteen grandchildren, Joshua Gilbert, Lindsay Boxdorfer, Megan Gilbert, Aaron Gilbert, Ryan Gilbert, Samantha Azure, Tino Azure, John Azure III, Cody Ritch, Nicholas Azure, D.J. Kimbrel, and Kelsey Kimbrel; and by nineteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
