
Gerald Mosley, son of the late Grover C. Mosley and Juanita Webster Mosley, was born on June 13, 1942, in Blytheville, Arkansas, and departed this life on May 30, 2024, near Essex, Missouri at the age of 81 years.
Mr. Mosley was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a former employee of Gates Rubber Company in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and a resident of Sikeston, Missouri.
He was united in marriage to Sheila Minks McCoy. Mrs. Mosley passed with Mr. Mosley.
He is survived by his son, Gerald K. Mosley Jr (Sabino Alvarez) of Portland Oregon; by two daughters, Sherrie Craft (Danny) of Malden, Missouri, and Shelly Cawhorn (Michael) of Lilbourn, Missouri; by four grandchildren, Sharlene Willems-White, Gerald Willems, Justin Paul Cawhorn, and Kayla Reasons; and by six great-grandchildren, Gaige Willems, Jayden Willems, Owen Cawhorn, Hunter Reasons, Isabella Reasons, and Sarabeth Reasons.
Other than by his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Mosley; and by three sisters, Peggy Rangel, Muriel Dirden, and Pat Duval.
Graveside services will be held at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with full military honors.
