
Huey P. Long son of the late Ben Calvin Long and Dona A. Harmon Long, was born in Lamar, Arkansas on May 1, 1937 and departed this life at Southeast Health of Cape Girardeau, Missouri on March 25, 2021 at the age of 83.
Mr. Long had worked as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator in a Water Treatment Plant until his retirement and was a resident of Bloomfield.
Survivors include one daughter, Dawn Christine Long of Dexter, Missouri; by one brother, Douglas Wane Long of Satanta, Kansas; by one sister, Mary Elizabeth Long of Springfield, Missouri; by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death other than by his parents, by two brothers, Ben Harmon Long and Ward Steven Long; also by one sister, Sylvia Kay Sneed.
Friends may call at Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Missouri on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie at 1:00 P.M.
Interment will follow in Bernie Cemetery. Mathis Funeral Home of Bernie in charge of all arrangements.

Harold Edward Walk of Puxico, Missouri was born to the late Eddie and Etta McDaniel Walk on August 14, 1932 in McGee, Missouri and passed away on March 24, 2021 in Puxico Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Puxico, Missouri.
Harold had been a resident of Puxico, Missouri most of his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He worked at Granite City Steel Company before moving back to Puxico.
Harold married the love of his life Helen Louise Warren in Madison, Illinois on August 15, 1953 she survives of the home.
Surviving are his wife Helen of Puxico, one son Dennis Walk of Granite City, Illinois; one daughter Reba Rene' Phillips of Zalma, Missouri; four grandchildren, ten great grand children; one great great grandchild coming soon; one brother Avery Walk, of McGee, Missouri. A host of family and friends also survive. Harold was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters and one great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 28, 2021, from 4 to 7 p.m. the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday March 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Johnny Buttry of Puxico, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in McGee, Missouri with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.

Katy Suzanne Watts daughter of Nonie Gregg Jones of Indiana and Lawrence Damon of Okeechobee, Florida was born on August 24, 1982 in Stoughton, Massachusetts and departed this life on March 21, 2021 at her residence in Dexter at the age of 38.
Katy had worked at Smart Style in Sikeston as a hair stylist. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter.
She was united in marriage to Matt Watts on October 10, 2000 at Bloomfield, Missouri. Matt survives of their residence in Dexter.
Other than by her husband and parents, she is survived by one son, Trever Watts of Dexter; by one daughter, Kaylee Watts of Dexter; by one brother, Charles Jones; by three sisters, Charlene Favela, Stephanie Damon and Cheyenne Jones.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Dexter.

Charles Cupp, son of Patsy Fletcher Cupp and the late Charles Edward Cupp, was born on July 14, 1962 in Kennett, Missouri, and departed this life on March 20, 2021 at Southeast Health of Stoddard County in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 58 years.
Mr. Cupp was a farmer and a resident of Bernie, Missouri.
He is survived by his mother, Patsy Cupp of Bernie, Missouri; by two sons, Marshall Cupp and Steven Cupp, both of Dexter, Missouri; by two brothers, Marty Cupp of Bernie, Missouri and Jimmy Cupp of Springfield, Missouri; and by two sisters, Teresa Miederhoff of Dexter, Missouri and Carolyn Rickman of Bernie, Missouri.
Other than by his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Cupp; and by two sisters, Patricia McDonald and Amelia Denson.

Steven James McCain, son of the late Luther James McCain and Loni Dersch McCain, was born on January 19, 1964 in Pontiac, Michigan, and departed this life on March 19, 2021 at his residence in Bloomfield, Missouri, at the age of 57 years.
Mr. McCain was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Afghanistan. He was a former mechanic and he was a member of the New Apostolic Church in Pontiac, Michigan.
He is survived by his sister, Karen McCain of Bloomfield, Missouri.
