Robert Lynn Stoker, son of the late Lester Stoker and Mildred Hudgens Stoker, was born on January 1, 1955 in Dexter, Missouri, and departed this life on December 1, 2020 at his residence in Dexter, at the age of 65 years.
Mr. Stoker was a former truck driver for Tyson Foods. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding four-wheelers.
In 1971, he was united in marriage to Linda Lee Christman. They divorced but remained life-long friends until she passed in June of 2011.
He is survived by his son, Rob Stoker and companion, Teresa Green of Dexter; by two daughters, Paula Stoker of Dexter and Jessica Christian and husband Ron of Bloomfield; by three sisters, Rachel Weaver of Dexter, Margie Rickmon of Dexter, and Kay Marsh of Prescott, Arizona; by four grandchildren, Samantha Chamberlain of Bloomfield, Lacey Brown and husband Matt of Cape Girardeau, Ryder Edwards of Bloomfield, and Emersyn Christian of Bloomfield; and by two great-grandchildren, Silas Kiger and Parker Chamberlain.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Lonnie Stoker, Jim Stoker, Gene Stoker, Leon Stoker, and Gary Stoker; and by four sisters, Janice McCollum, Marie Edwards, Pat Moore, and Linda Stoker.

Frances Mae McIver, daughter of the late William Russell, and Myrtle Richards Russell, was born on January 7, 1934 in Lamar, Arkansas, and departed this life on December 1, 2020 at The Arbors at Auburn Creek in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 86 years.
Mrs. McIver was a former hair stylist and owner of Frances Beauty Salon in Cape Girardeau. She attended LaCroix United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of the Veterans Ladies Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by two daughters, Leasi McIver and her fiancé Mark of Cape Girardeau and Vicky Golshahr and her husband Max of St. Louis, and by her brother, William Russell, Jr. of Troutdale, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Orville Russell, Argus Russell, and Herbert Russell; and by three sisters, Lorene Patterson, Marie Russell, and Irene Russell.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Chapel on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Tim Russell officiating.
Interment will follow in Dexter Cemetery.

Charlotte Mayberry, daughter of the late Dr. Floyd Ormond Kelley and Grace M. Groeneman Kelley, was born in Kansas City, Missouri on April 14, 1941 and departed this life at Winchester Nursing Center in Bernie, Missouri on November 30, 2020 at the age of 79.
Mrs. Mayberry was a graduate of Graceland College of Lamoni, Iowa. She was a farmer’s wife, had been a member of the Bernie Civic Club, Delivered Meals on Wheels and volunteered at Winchester Place for 13 years. She was a member of Community of Christ Church in Bernie.
She was united in marriage to Charles David Mayberry in Bernie, Missouri on February 17, 1962. Mr. Mayberry preceded his wife in death on February 9, 2018.
Other survivors include one son, Gregg Andrew Mayberry of Bernie, Missouri; one daughter, Stephanie Ann Owens & husband Michael of Elkhorn, Nebraska; by four Grandchildren, Jessica, Morgan, Lane and Paul; by three Great-grandchildren, Makenzie, Lillie and Charles; also by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death other than by her parents and her husband, by one brother, Phillip Kelley.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. with Bill Embry Officiating.

Geneva Statler, daughter of the late Fred McAnelly and Ella Lowery McAnelly, was born on March 26, 1934 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and departed this life on November 27, 2020 at St. Clair Hospital in Fenton, Missouri, at the age of 90 years.
Mrs. Statler was a former cook and a resident of Bloomfield. While in the nursing home, she enjoyed playing bingo, and doing arts and crafts. She also enjoyed working puzzles and reading books.
On April 14, 1951, in Piggott, Arkansas, she was united in marriage to Monroe Statler. Mr. Statler preceded her in death on January 12, 2013.
She is survived by her son, Ken Statler and wife Renay of Bloomfield; by three daughters, Clara Ellis and husband Lonnie of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Ella Johnson and husband Dearl of Dexter, and Belinda Jones and husband Marty of Bloomfield; and by fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and another great-great grandchild that is due in April.
Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, William Gail Statler, by her brother, Paul McAnelly; by three sisters, Bernice Eaves, Pauline Gaddy, and Rosie Morse; by her step-son, Donnie Statler; and by her step-daughter, Linda Mitchell.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Tim Russell officiating.
Interment will follow in Triplett Cemetery in rural Bloomfield.

Gary J. “Jim” Monteith, Jr., 56, of Jackson, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born December 11, 1963, in San Diego, California, the oldest child of Gary and Carolyn Robison Monteith, Sr. He and Kim Boyd were married January 1, 1994, in Millersville, Missouri.
Jim was raised near Burfordville and was proud to have worked on the Bollinger Mill Restoration Project. He was a 1982 graduate of Jackson High School. He honorably served eight years in the U.S. Navy. In 2002, he graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in computer science.
Jim enjoyed his longtime I.T. job at Translectric in Jackson.
Jim was a longtime, active member of Cape First Church. He was faithful in worshiping the Lord, and will be remembered as a a gentle giant, a mentor, and an intercessory prayer warrior.
Loving survivors include his wife of nearly 27 years, Kim Monteith of Jackson; a son, Jacob (Megan) Monteith and grandchildren Haven and Asher of Cape Girardeau; his parents, Gary and Carolyn Monteith of Burfordville; two siblings, Kerri (Larry) Wagner of Burfordville, and Scott Monteith of St. Louis; two nephews, Austin (Macy) Doyal and son Marshall of Cape Girardeau, and Joshua Doyal of Burfordville; and his father-in-law, Jerry (Pam) Boyd of Patton.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cecil and Henrietta Monteith and Dale and Mary Robison; and his mother-in-law, Sheila Boyd.
Visitation is from 3 p.m. to service time, Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at Cape First Church, 254 Silver Springs Road in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral is at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at the church, with the Rev. Gary Brothers officiating.
Graveside committal and military honors will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, December 3, 2020, at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
