In Memory of Ralph Eugene Hessling, Jr

Ralph Eugene Hessling, Jr., son of the late Ralph Eugene Hessling, Sr. and Freddie Pearl Lucy Hessling was born on December 21, 1938 in Canalou, Missouri and departed this life on February 12, 2019 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston at the age of 80 years.
Mr. Hessling owned and operated his own business, R & G Hessling Construction Company and worked previously for R. Clinton Construction Company in Sikeston. He was a member of the First General Baptist Church of Dexter and a former member of the Bloomfield Masonic Lodge #153. He was a resident of Dexter.
On February 4, 1961, he was united in marriage to Julia Ann Bell in Shawnee Town, Illinois. Mrs. Hessling survives of the home in Dexter.
Survivors include: one daughter, Pamela Ann Van Bevern of Belleville, Illinois and husband Alan P. Van Bevern; three brothers, Ronnie Ray Hessling of Dexter, Everett Lee Hessling of Dexter and Gary Wayne Hessling of Dexter; two grandchildren, Joshua Van Bevern and Kyle Van Bevern and by many other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Gerald Lynn Hessling and one sister, Vonda Jean Hessling.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 am in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Saturday, February 16, 2019.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is in charge of all arrangements.
