In Memory of Steve Williams

Steve Williams, son of Ron Williams and Pat Crenshaw Williams of Dexter, Missouri was born on May 31, 1959 in Sikeston, Missouri and departed this life on July 4, 2018 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 59 years.
Mr. Williams was a former member of the Army National Guard. He was a former employee of Tanner Seed Company in Bernie, Missouri and was a resident of Dexter, Missouri.
On November 21, 2008 he was united in marriage to Catherine Graves in Pyletown, Missouri. Mrs. Williams resides of the home in Dexter.
Besides his parents and wife, he is survived by one son, Aaron; by one daughter, Jessica Williams of Wappapello, Missouri; by one step-son, Jacob Brooks of Kermit, Texas; by one step-daughter, Dystiney Johnson of Midland/Odessa, Texas; by two sisters, Patricia Lynn Reeder of Bloomfield, Missouri and Julie Ann Williams of Dexter, Missouri; by one grandchild, Trinity Williams.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Darren Ray Williams.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 6, 2018 in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM with Rev. Joe Payne officiating.
Interment will follow at the Harper Cemetery near Aid, Missouri.

In Memory of Carolyn Longhibler

Carolyn Longhibler, daughter of Verbia Finch of Dexter, Missouri and the late Bobby Gene Finch was born on May 23, 1967 in Powe, Missouri and departed this life on July 5, 2018 at the emergency room at Southeast Health of Stoddard County at the age of 51 years.
She was a homemaker and a resident of Dexter, Missouri.
On October 19, 1996 she was united in marriage to Jeff Longhibler in Dexter, Missouri. Mr. Longhibler survives of the home in Dexter.
Beside her husband and mother, he is survived by one step-son, David Longhibler of Sikeston, Missouri; by two step-daughters, Stacy Longhibler and Heather M. Hill both of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by one brother, Bobby Eugene Finch of Bloomfield, Missouri; by one sister, Verbia Lee Parker of Dexter, Missouri; by three grandchildren, Xavier Hill, Zoey Hill and Zendaya Hill.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at the Hagy Cemetery.

In Memory of Jo Anne Morgan

Jo Anne Morgan of Dexter, daughter of the late Veda Mae Edwards, was born on August 28, 1934, near Bloomfield, Missouri and passed away at the Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Center in Dexter on July 2, 2018, at the age of 83 years, 10 months and 4 days.
She had lived in Stoddard county all of her life and was a member of the Providence Baptist Church near Puxico. She enjoyed playing piano, cooking, gardening, sewing, knitting and crocheting.
On January 22, 1955, she was married to Marvin Leon Morgan in Greenville, Mississippi. He preceded her in death on May 24, 1992
Surviving are one son & wife, Daniel Leon & Carol Morgan of Zalma; one daughter & husband, Kimberly Anne & Randy Fuwell of Puxico; four grandchildren, Matt, Ashley, Autumn and Andrew. Other relatives and friends also survive.
Friends may call on Friday July 6, 2018 after 11:00 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri until time of service at 1:00 p.m. in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri.
Interment will follow in the Rock Hill Cemetery near Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

Dale Vaughn of Essex, son of the late Arthur Lee and Ruby Edna Maze Vaughn, was born on August 24, 1956, in Parma, Missouri and passed away at his home in Essex on July 1, 2018, at the age of 61 years, 10 months and 7 days.
He had lived most of his life in the Southeast Missouri area with the exception of ten years in Montana. He loved hunting, fishing, his family, and loved working in his yard.
He was married to Debbie Ann Durbin on April 28,1990, in Bloomfield.
Surviving are his wife, Debbie Ann Vaughn of Essex; four sons and four daughters, T.J. Vaughn of Bloomfield; Jerrod & Tiffany Vaughn of Bloomfield; Mitchell Vaughn, and Michael Vaughn both of Portland, Oregan; Christina Olsen and Kimberly Ellis both of Culbertson, Montana; Amy Ellis of Montana; eleven grandchildren; four sisters, Sharon Gaughan of Billings, Montana, Bobbie Davis of Marble Hill, Missouri; Betty Horn of Bloomfield, Rose Champion of Kansas. three brothers, Jerry Vaughn of Dexter; Ronnie Vaughn of Kansas; and Randy Vaughn of Dexter. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Gene, Bud, Larry, and Lee Vaughn; and one sister, Diane Link.
Friends may call on Thursday July 5, 2018 after 10:00 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri until time of service at 12:00 p.m. in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri.

Jimmy L. Casey of Dexter, son of the late William Opal and Lavern Louise Casey Triplett, was born on April 1, 1952, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and passed away at his home in Dexter on June 28, 2018, at the age of 66 years, 2 months and 27 days.
He had lived all of his life in the Stoddard County area. Jimmy was a member of Trotter General Baptist Church. He also loved to sing.
Surviving are one sister, Helen Casey Baker of Dexter; two nieces and spouse, Monica (Frankie) Houchins of Dexter, Valerie Keeton of Sikeston; one great niece, Amber Johnson and three great great nephews. Other relatives and friends also survive.
