
Velma Maxine Prance, the daughter of late Lowell C and Anna Mae Haislip Waltrip, was born February 12, 1923, in Clarkton, MO. Mrs. Prance died December 13, 2016, in Malden, MO, at the age of 93 years, 10 months and 1 day.
On December 18, 1942, in Kennett, MO, she was united in marriage to John A Prance, Sr. He preceded her in death on August 6, 1968.
Maxine was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Malden.
Survivors include one son, John A. Prance, Jr. and his wife Suzanne, of Dexter, MO; one daughter, Connie Hampton, and her husband Bill, also of Dexter; three grandchildren, William Robert Hampton, Julie Mangum, and J.R. Prance, seven great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Lowell C. "Bud" Waltrip, Jr.
Visitation will be on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Bradshaw Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel with Reverend Aulden LeBlanc officiating.
Burial will be in Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton, MO.

Virgie "June" Culbertson of Bloomfield, daughter of the late Lou David & Ada Harris Jarrell, was born in Dexter, Missouri on February 28, 1936, and passed away at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri on December 12, 2016, at the age of 80 years, 9 months and 14 days.
She had grown up in Missouri. She had lived in Dexter and Bloomfield all of her life. She was a member of the Hill General Baptist Church near Bloomfield and enjoyed sewing.
On December 9, 1966, she was married to James Ray Culbertson in Bloomfield, Missouri.
Surviving are her husband, Ray Culbertson of Bloomfield; one son, Jim Culbertson of Bloomfield; one daughter, Cindy Griffin of Bloomfield; six grandchildren; one brother, Dwight Jarrell of Bloomfield; and one sister, Louise Losh of Strafford, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
Visitations will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2016, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Watkins & Sons Funeral Service, Inc. in Dexter.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Steve Tippen of Bloomfield officiating
Interment will follow in the Hill Cemetery near Bloomfield with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

William E. Wilmath, son of the late Edward D. Wilmath and Goldia I. Reeves Wilmath was born January 20, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan and departed this life on December 12, 2016 at Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County in Dexter at the age of 86.
Mr. Wilmath was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired from the City of Dexter street department.
He was married to Willa D. Burnett on August 17, 1963 in Bloomfield, Missouri. She preceded him in death on November 6, 2005.
Survivors include; three sons, Kevin Wilmath of Fort Lupton, Colorado, Mike Zerbe of Kingsley, Michigan, Rick Zerbe, New Salisbury, Indiana; by two daughters, Kathy Stone of Decatur, Tennessee and Mona Percy of Muskegon, Michigan; by two brothers, Karl Wilmath of Jackson, Tennessee and Jerry Wilmath of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by two sisters, Bonnie Watson and Marrine Grobe both of Dexter, Missouri; by twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Joy Brewer.

Wanda Lee Calvert, daughter of the late William Wallace and Bessie Williams Wallace was born on March 21, 1934 in New Port, Arkansas and departed this life on December 11, 2016 at her residence in Qulin, Missouri at the age of 82.
Mrs. Calvert was a supervisor at US Poly in Dexter and on December 19, 1950 she was united in marriage to Floyd Calvert who preceded her in death on October 13, 1995.
She is survived by one son, Larry Calvert of Malden; by one daughter Sandra Potter and husband Glen of Qulin; by four sisters, Nadine Orr of Indiana, Beatrice Sigers of Jackson, Michigan, Loudean Starnes of Dexter, and Amanda Kellick of Dexter; by two grandchildren, Ashley Dewayne Calvert and Sarah Beth Patterson; and by 6 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Thomas L. Colyer, son of the late Ben H. Colyer and Vernie Monroe Colyer was born May 22, 1934 in Bloomfield, Missouri and departed this life on December 12, 2016 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri at the age of 82.
Mr. Colyer was a member of the Seymour Baptist Church and served in the Air Force for 22 years serving in the Korean War and Vietnam war. On December 22, 1954, he was united in marriage to Barbara Fuller in Bloomfield. Mrs. Colyer resides at the Sikeston Convalescent Center.
He is survived by his wife; by three daughters, Gayla McCallister of Dexter, Sarah Judith (Judy) Crawford, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Danica Gray of Monticello, Arkansas; by one sister, Lois Watson of Barnhart, Missouri; by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Ben Colyer and one sister, Evadean Troxell.
