David Wayne Durham of Campbell, son of the late Leslie Lee "Blue" and Wilma Cole Durham, was born in Parma, Missouri on June 19, 1951, and passed away at Malden Nursing and Rehab in Malden, Missouri, on March 15, 2016, at the age of 64 years, 8 months, and 25 days.
David had lived in Campbell and Parma all his life. He attended the First Baptist Church in Parma, Missouri and had worked as a welder foreman for Union Pacific Railroad for 39 years.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Nicole & Scott Bartz of Crestview, Florida; his mother, Wilma Durham of Campbell; two brothers and sister-in-laws, Mark & Sheila Durham of Malden and Chris & Tina Durham of Campbell; one sister and brother-in-law, Sheri Lee & Steve Stewart of Douglas, Georgia; Other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his father, Leslie Lee "Blue" Durham.

Wayne Hargrave, son of the late Richard and Wilmoth Morton Hargrave, was born in Sturdivant, Missouri on July 20, 1936, and passed away at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on March 16, 2016, at the age of 79 years, 7 months and 25 days.
Mr. Hargrave had lived most of his life in Puxico, Missouri. He was a member of the Duck Creek Baptist Church and the Puxico Masonic Lodge #596, A.F. & A.M. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and U. S. Air Force.
On August 22, 1987, he was married to Sandra Shrum in Wappapello, Missouri.
Surviving are his wife, Sandra Hargrave of Puxico, Missouri; one daughter, and son-in-law, Charity and Adam Rush of Bismark, Missouri; one grandson, William Rush of Bismark, Missouri; and one sister, Janice Elledge of Wappapello, Missouri. Other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one son, Gary Wayne Hargrave; seven brothers, Bloyce, Chesley, Dennis, Frank, Leland, Clinton and Oran Pete Hargrave.

Patricia Shell Taylor, daughter of the late Clinton Shell and Eva May Vaughn Shell, was born in Dexter, Missouri on February 26, 1934 and departed this life at Brookdale Anderson Assisted Living Facility in Anderson, South Carolina on March 12, 2016 at the age of 82.
Mrs. Taylor was a graduate of Dexter High School and Southeast Missouri State University. She taught in Dexter and Richland Public Schools.
She was united in marriage to Wendell Taylor in Dexter, Missouri on May 26, 1957. Mr. Taylor remains in their home in Anderson, South Carolina.
Other Survivors include one daughter, Susan Aziz and husband Nadim of Clemson, South Carolina; by one sister, Sue Morlan of West Plains, Missouri; by four grandchildren, Tarek Aziz and wife Kelley of Apex, North Carolina, Leila Aziz of Greenville, South Carolina, Nadia Aziz of Washington D.C. and Sharif Aziz of Lexington, South Carolina; by three great-grandchildren, Aliyah Aziz, Mariam Aziz and Eesa Aziz; also by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death other than by her parents, by one brother, Clifford Bud Shell; and by one sister Phyllis Rehm.
Graveside Services will be conducted on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. in Dexter Cemetery with Rev. Ron Routledge of Abbey Road Christian Church of Cape Girardeau, Missouri officiating.

Wafe B. Reed, son of the late Lois A. Reed and Zella Myrtle Bellah Reed was born on September 24, 1924 in Gatewood, Missouri and departed this life on March 11, 2016 at the Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Facility in Dexter at the age of 91.
He and his family moved from Gatewood, Missouri to Bernie, where Wafe graduated from Bernie High School. He had lived in Dexter since 1946. Wafe was drafted into the U.S. Navy in 1944. He was nineteen at that time and was shipped out from St. Louis, where he went to boot camp in Farragut, Idaho. Pembleton, Washington was the Naval Base for ships, where Wafe boarded his tanker ship. He served on the U.S.S. Salinas A019 ship and went to Kodiak, Alaska and to San Francisco, California. This was a huge tanker that refueled the other ships. Wafe ended up in Shoemaker, CA, when World War II ended. Wafe was in the Asiatic Pacific Ocean during the war and was discharged with an honorable discharge in 1946.
He was united in marriage to Mary Virginia Pierce (Reed) on June 2, 1950, in Blytheville, Arkansas. They were married for sixty-five years and seven months, making their home in Dexter.
Mr. and Mrs. Reed owned and operated, in conjunction with his parents, the Dexter (Reed) Livestock Company, located south of Dexter for forty-five years. He also raised corn, beans, milo and some cotton on his farm south of Dexter. Mr. Reed enjoyed his family, gardening, sports, and working with 4-H. He taught many kids about raising and showing livestock. Mr. Reed retired in 1991 to pursue his hobby of gardening. Mr. Reed was of the Baptist faith and a member of the First Baptist Church in Dexter.
Besides his wife, Mary Virginia Reed of the home in Dexter, Mr. Reed is survived by one son, Dale A. Reed and wife Judy of Ellsinore, Missouri; by one daughter, Terrie J. Reed Weaver of Tomball, Texas; by five grandchildren, Dennis Michael Reed, Desirae Michelle Weaver, Andrea Danielle Weaver, Holly Lewis, Justin Lewis and his wife Megan and by two great-grandchildren, Kate and Jack Lewis.
Besides his parents, Wafe was preceded in death by his son, Douglas Wayne Reed.

Doris Lee Barnes, daughter of the late Kermit and Myrtle Matthews Smith, was born in Stoddard County, Missouri on July 21 1940, and passed away at the Cypress Point Nursing Center in Dexter, Missouri on March 12, 2016, at the age of 75 years, 7 months and 20 days.
Doris lived in the Dexter and Bloomfield area all her life. She was the past Matron of Bloomfield Chapter 385 OES. Doris was also a member of the Dexter Church of Christ. She also worked at Elders Manufacturer for many years as a seamstress..
Surviving are two daughters, Zenita Smith and husband Greg of Essex, Missouri; and Theresa Sadler, of Dexter, Missouri; six grandchildren and their spouses Michael (Rena) Sadler, Ashley (Eddie) Blackwell, Christopher (Kirsten) Smith, and Jackie (Marife) Smith all of Dexter, and William and Kyle Smith of Essex, Missouri; seven great grandchildren Ayden, Liam, and Shire Sadler; Jensen and Ronin Blackwell; Mackenzie Smith and Deacon Smith. Many other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her sister Deloris Smith; and brother Ray Smith.
