
Mary was born May 9, 1932, in Wycliffe, Kentucky, to Irene and Gene Estes. She married Marshall Lee Vowels of Charleston, Missouri, on Dec. 3, 1950, in Fornfelt. He preceded her in death May 29, 2003.
She was a homemaker and owner of the Body Shoppe. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist in Dexter, and dedicated decades to the choir.
A loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, Mary leaves behind a daughter, Marsha Edwards of Cape Girardeau; a son, Michael (Cheryl) Vowels of Springfield, Missouri; two sisters, Shirley (Francis) Lundy and JoAnn (Joe) Chiste, all of Summerfield, Florida; two grandchildren, Myles and Morghan Edwards, both upperclassmen at the University of Missouri, Columbia; along with a wealth of friends who also cherished her.
Friends my visit the family starting at 3 p.m. today at La Croix United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau.
A celebration of her life will be at 5 p.m. today at the church, with the Rev. Ron Watts and the Rev. Fred Leist officiating. The internment service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, with Dr. Barry E. Winders officiating.

John Telker was born on July 23, 1941 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to the F. P. Telker & Wanda Lockaby Telker. He departed this life on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 74 years 3 months and 11 days.
John Telker was a Junior High Math teacher for the Bernie School.
On May 26, 1967 in Malden, Missouri he was united in marriage to Sharon Jean Farr Telker. She survives of the home in Malden.
His other survivors include: Son: Brian David Telker & wife, Priscella of West Memphis, Arkansas. Daughter: Jennifer Lynn Mobley & husband, Steven of Branson, Missouri. Grandson: Chance Mobley of Branson, Missouri. Granddaughter: Sara Mobley of Branson, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015 at the Landess Funeral Home chapel in Malden for 11:00 a.m. to12 p.m.
Funeral services will follow 12:00 p.m. at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden with Reverend Aulden LeBlanc officiating.
Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden, Missouri.

Eldon Keith Shirkey, son of the late Chester Shirkey and Emogene (Jean) Miller Shirkey was born in Morehouse, Missouri and departed this life at his residence in Morehouse, Missouri on November 6, 2015 at the age of 65.
Mr. Shirkey had worked at Sperry Rail Service as a Driver and a Mechanic. He was a Baptist faith.
He was united in marriage to Brenda Shamblin in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on December 6, 1974. Mrs. Shirkey survives in their home in Morehouse.
Other survivors include two sons, Eric Shirley & wife Laci of Collierville, Tennessee and Ryan Shirkey & Christy Williams of Bloomfield, Missouri; by one grandson, Collins McKenzie Shirkey; by three brothers, Charles Shirkey of Morehouse, Chester Shirkey of Puxico and Harvey Shirkey of Sikeston; by three sisters, Aleta Shirkey of Morehouse, Bertha Evans of Chaffee and Melba Gates of Sikeston; also by other relatives and friends.

Wanda Lee Foster, daughter of the late Walter Fleeman and Ila McArthur Fleeman was born in Leachville, Arkansas on February 20, 1929 and departed this life at Mulberry Manor in Dexter, Missouri on November 6, 2015 at the age of 86.
Mrs. Foster was a homemaker and attended Liberty Hill Church.
She was united in marriage to Harry Willis Foster in Dexter, Missouri on July 24, 1946. Mr. Foster preceded his wife in death on March 3, 2009.
Survivors include one son, Jerry Foster & wife Linda of Dexter; by two grandchildren, Todd Foster and Dylan Foster; by four great-grandchildren, Megan Foster, Ryder Foster, Kaiden Foster and Finn Foster; by one brother, Kenneth Fleeman of Peoria, Illinois; also by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death other than by her parents and her husband, by one son, Harry Don Foster; by two brothers, Russell Fleeman and Cecil Fleeman.

Mrs. Edmonds had worked at Purolator Manufacturing Company, was a homemaker and a member of Bernie Nazarene Church.
She was united in marriage to Rev. Arvil Edmonds in Bernie, Missouri on December 26, 1998. Rev. Edmonds preceded his wife in death on April 21, 2006.
Survivors include one son, Mike Orr & wife Lucinda of Bernie, Missouri; one step-son, Edward Allen Edmonds & wife Becky of Bernie, Missouri; by one daughter-in-law, Debra Biggs of
