
Anna Pauline Allen, daughter of the late Robert Glenn and Carrie Buchanan Glenn was born in Acorn Ridge, Missouri on October 10, 1922 and departed this life at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing, in Dexter, Missouri on Friday, March 13, 2015 at the age of 92.
Mrs. Allen was a charter member of the Northside Baptist Church in Bernie, co-owner of Goodnight-Allen Real Estate & Insurance in Bernie and a resident of Bernie.
She was united in marriage to John Millard “Wimpy” Allen on March 13, 1948 at Bernie, Missouri. Mr. Allen preceded his wife in death on May 1, 2010.
Survivors include two grandson’s, Allen Hughes & Wife, Karen of Bernie, Robert Hughes & Wife, Brenda of Washington D.C.; by four great-grandchildren, Kaycee, Jessica, Candice & Christen; by two great-great-grandchildren, Emma Jane, Delaney Kate; also by other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death other than by her parents and her husband, by one daughter, Nelda Yvonne Hughes on April 4, 2004; by one brother, Ernie Glenn; by two sisters, Halla Jarrell and Esther Graves.
Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Missouri on Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
Funeral services will then be conducted at 4:00 P.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. O.H. Brooks and Rev. Tim Ingle officiating.
Interment will follow in Bernie Cemetery.

Michael Eddie Cobb, son of Viola Mae Wheetley Cobb and the late Vonda Lee Cobb, was born in Dexter, Missouri on June 20, 1962 and departed this life at his residence in Sikeston, Missouri on March 11, 2015 at the age of 52.
Mr. Cobb had worked at C & K Lumber Company of Sikeston, Missouri.
He is survived by his mother, Viola Cobb of Bernie, Missouri; by his Fiance, Sally McDonnold of Sikeston, Missouri; by two sons, Brian Cobb of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Christopher Cobb of Murray, Kentucky; by one daughter, Elora Holman of Sikeston, Missouri; by three brothers, Gary Cobb of Bernie, Missouri, Larry Cobb of Malden, Missouri and Mark Cobb of Sikeston, Missouri; by four sisters, Brenda Patterson of Cookeville, Tennessee, Ruth Anspach of Sikeston, Missouri, Debbie Farrenburg of Matthews, Missouri and Karen Lee of Bernie, Missouri; by nine grandchildren; and also by other relatives and friends.

Imogene Lape, daughter of the late Cyrus Blevins and Sylvia Blevins, was born on March 7, 1923 in Essex, Missouri and departed this life on March 11, 2015 at SoutheastHEALTH in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 92.
Mrs. Lape was a resident of Dexter.
On March 2, 1946, she was united in marriage to Curtis R. Lape in Piggott, Arkansas. Mr. Lape preceded her in death on February 20, 2010.
She is survived by one son, Tony R. Lape of Jackson, Missouri; by two daughters, June C. Aycock (Bill) of Dexter, Missouri; by Connie L. Lape of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; by one sister, Fay Geno of Malden, Missouri; by five grandchildren, Wes Aycock, Neil Aycock, Whitney Brothers, Merdith Peirick and Ian Lape; and by six great-grandchildren, Eli Aycock, Landon Aycock, Balin Brothers, Rylan Brothers, Baron Peirick and Truett Peirick.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers; by four sisters; and by her daughter-in-law, Danna Lape.
A private funeral service will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter on Saturday, March 14, 2015.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
Darrell R. Martin, son of the late R. C. Martin and Audrey Martin, was born on January 18, 1950 in Sikeston, Missouri and departed this life on March 10, 2015 at his residence in Essex, Missouri at the age of 65.
Mr. Martin had worked as a Router Operator for Rowe Furniture Company in Morehouse, Missouri.
On October 29, 1997, he was united in marriage to Regina Kelley in Piggott, Arkansas. Mrs. Martin survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by five sons, Darren Martin of Sikeston, David Martin of Dexter, Jeremy Martin of St. Louis, Brian Martin of Jackson and John Price of Brighton, Michigan; by one daughter, Marci Price of Sikeston; by one sister, Scarlett Justice of Houston, Texas; by fourteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Clayton Martin; and by one brother, Gary Martin.

Vaudine Jackson, daughter of the late James Dan Goodrich and Mary Hargrove Goodrich, was born on April 27, 1931 in Bono, Arkansas and departed this life on March 10, 2015 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 83.
Mrs. Jackson was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau. She and her family moved from Kennett to Dexter in 1966 and she worked as a bookkeeper for MFA Grain Company in Dexter. Mrs. Jackson enjoyed cooking and oil painting and was presently residing in Cape Girardeau.
On June 19, 1956, she was united in marriage to Russell Keith Jackson in Hernando, Mississippi. Mr. Jackson preceded her in death on February 28, 2002.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Jo Backfisch and Jeris Knight, both of Dexter; by one sister, Louise McPeters of St. Louis; by five grandchildren, Kristi Allstun, Tammy Boyles, Jaime Lynn Hillis, Joy April Green and Elizabeth Ann Knight; and by six great-grandchildren, Ashley Allstun, James Beauchemin, William Beauchemin, Madison Beauchemin, James Logan Cornett and Delbert Eull Cornett.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Judson Goodrich and Ben Goodrich; and by two sisters, Helen Inman and Polly Sisson.
