Mary Pisarkiewicz

Mary Pisarkiewicz, a resident of Bloomfield, passed away on December 26, 2013 at the Golden Living Center in Dexter at the age of 75 years. 

Miss Pisarkiewicz had been disabled all of her life and has no known family.

A memorial service will be conducted Thursday morning at 10:00 A.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Greg McGhee.  Interment will be held at a later date in the Essex Cemetery.

Tina Ann Kneeshaw

Tina Ann Kneeshaw, daughter of the late Robert and Peggy Kneeshaw, was born on April 13, 1974 in Long Beach, California and passed away on January 10, 2014 at her residence in Bloomfield at the age of 39.

Ms. Kneeshaw had worked as a registered nurse.

She is survived by her daughter, Shyanne Kneeshaw, of Bloomfield.

A memorial service will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. 

All arrangements are being handled by the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home.

Agnes D. Crabtree
Agnes D. Crabtree, daughter of the late Clarence and Marguerite Simpson Vaughan, was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on July 16, 1938, and passed away at the Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County in Dexter, Missouri on January 10, 2014, at the age of 75 years, 5 months and 25 days.

She had lived in Southeast Missouri the past twenty years and had been a Sunday school teacher and Pastor in the Assembly of God Church of which she was a member.

She was married to Richard Patrick Crabtree, Sr. and he preceded her in death on January 13, 1999.

Surviving are two daughters, Pam Ratajczyk of Scheller, Illinois, Pat Hente of Dexter, Missouri; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; three brothers, Gerald Vaughan of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Robert Vaughan of Hawaii, C. R. Vaughan, Jr. of Searcy, Arkansas; one sister, Donas York of Jacksonville, North Carolina. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one son, Richard Patrick Crabtree, Jr., two sisters and three brothers.
Friends may visit on Monday, January 13, 2014, after 12:00 noon at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 13, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Mike Kohlbaker of Dexter, Missouri officiating.

Interment with be in the Morgan Memorial Park Cemetery in Advance, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

Reta Williams VanMatre

Reta Williams VanMatre was born on June 3, 1935 at Advance, daughter of the late Lawrence and Eula Smith Williams and passed away on January 8, 2014 at her residence in Dexter at the age of 78 years.

Mrs. VanMatre worked as a bookkeeper and secretary but much preferred her job as a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother!

On June 7, 1952, she was united in marriage to Wilbur Leroy VanMatre in Piggott, Arkansas.  Mr. VanMatre preceded her in death on March 20, 2011.

She is survived by three sons, W. Lee VanMatre and wife Fran of Bloomfield, Gerry E. VanMatre and wife Donna of Wappapello and Kenneth D. VanMatre and wife Janice of Advance; by two daughters, Terry L. Lello and husband Ken of South Bend, Indiana and Karen A. VanMatre and special friend Rodney Walker of Bernie; by three sisters, Georgia Robins of Advance, Lois Arsta of Columbia, Missouri and Sandy Allen of Malden; by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great-granchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny Williams, Gene Williams and James Williams; by two sisters, Betty Nettler and Ann Robins; and by one granddaughter, Sarah Renee Boyer.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home on Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 P.M. 

Graveside services will then be conducted at 1:00 P.M. at the Chalk Bluff Cemetery in Dexter with Rev. Jim Hoyt officiating.

Ivogene Coln Walpole

Ivogene Coln Walpole, daughter of the late Ivey Claude Coln and Callie Nowell Coln, was born on December 15, 1921 in Marmaduke, Arkansas and passed away on January 9, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Dexter at the age of 93 years.

Mrs. Walpole was a member of the Sweet Prospect General Baptist Church in Dexter, had worked as a clerk at Stovall’s Department Store and was a resident of Dexter.

On January 26, 1941, she was united in marriage to Archie Sanders Walpole at Kennett, Missouri.  Mr. Walpole preceded her in death on April 26, 2008.

She is survived by two sons, Archie Gaylon Walpole and wife June of Dexter and Larry Eugene Walpole and wife Mary of Bloomfield; by three sisters, Kathlyen Wright of Bakersfield, California, Betty Sparks of Elizabethtown, Kentucky and Sue Farley of Knoxville, Tennessee;  by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Pamela Kay Walpole and by one grandson, Billy Walpole.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. 

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 2:30 P.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ray Rowland officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
